What does "family" mean in the family discount service?
It can be confirmed that you are family (blood or marriage) or live at the same address.
Family verification documents are required for the procedure.

- Family members living together
- Families living apart
There are no requirements regarding the degree of kinship.

- Contract holders who can be confirmed as having the same address (different surnames are acceptable)

Family verification documents are documents that prove your relationship to the policyholder.
Documents verifying that you have the same surname or address,orA single document that can prove your relationship with the contract holderis applicable.
Please bring one of the following:
- ●Identification documents to verify that you have the same surname or address
- ●Evidence of your relationship with the contract holder
(A "Certificate of Resident Record," "Health Insurance Card," "Remote Area Insurance Card," "Resident Record," "Certified Copy (Extract) of Family Register," etc. that lists the names of both the policyholder and the agent. However, "Certificate of Resident Record," "Resident Record," and "Certified Copy (Extract) of Family Register" must be issued within the last three months.)

Please apply via My Y!mobile *1, at Y!mobile shop or dealer nationwide, or at the online store *2.
Shops and Dealers
- *1 If you apply through My Y!mobile, you cannot apply if you are using a device that cannot receive SMS (Pocket WiFi®, tablet).
- *2 Applications can only be made via the online store if the new line is to be used as a secondary line.
- *You cannot apply for the service at the same time as signing the contract via the PayPay mini app, so please apply via My Y!mobile after signing the contract.

- ●The first line (main line) and the second and subsequent lines (secondary lines) will be specified by the customer when applying for the contract. Up to nine secondary lines, excluding the main line, can be specified.
- ●This offer does not apply to corporate customers.
- ●In the following cases, service under the plan specified by our company will end, and monthly basic charges for the rate plan, universal service charges, and various contract cancellation fees will be charged from the next billing month for the second and subsequent lines (secondary lines).
(If you change the rate plan for your secondary line, the monthly basic fee will be charged from the date of the change.)
