End of support for Osaifu-Keitai functions for some models released before 2018(Updated February 26, 2025)

Due to the end of support for the Osaifu-Keitai function on some models released before 2018, some functions for each service will no longer be available after 11:00 PM on March 3, 2025 (scheduled).

Regarding the use of Osaifu-Keitai <Please read>

  • ●You are responsible for managing the data stored in your Osaifu-Keitai®-compatible device (including data in the FeliCa chip and external memory such as SD cards). We are not responsible for any damages caused by loss or modification of data resulting from repairs, breakdowns, or loss of your Osaifu-Keitai®-compatible device.
  • ●Osaifu-Keitai® compatible services are not provided by our company. Before changing your mobile phone model or requesting repairs, please erase the data in the FeliCa chip yourself or check the procedure with your service provider before transferring the data.
  • ●We recommend that you use the lock function of your Osaifu-Keitai® in case of theft, loss, etc. (You will need to set it up in advance. Please refer to the instruction manual for the setting method.)

If you lose your smartphone or mobile phone that you use with Osaifu-Keitai®

To prevent unauthorized use of your Osaifu-Keitai®-compatible device, be sure to follow the steps below.

Remote lock

Using the remote lock setting function, you can remotely lock the functions of Osaifu-Keitai®.

Please contact the Y Y!mobile Customer Center directly. By suspending your communication line, we can prevent unauthorized use such as online shopping and online charging.
