Conditions of Application
If all of the following conditions are met, you will be eligible for the benefits set out in "Benefits" below.
- Customers who have cancelled Y!mobile contract *1 while using a Y!mobile billing plan designated in the "Applicable Past Plans" below, or customers who are currently using Y!mobile with an applicable past plan, must apply for one of the Y Y!mobile billing plans designated in the "Applicable Plans" below during the application period using one of the following application types: MNP, number porting, or plan change *2 *3, and enter the application form designated by our company on or before the 9th of the month following the month in which they applied for the applicable plan.
- The contracted line for the applicable plan must be linked to the PayPay app account (linked via mobile phone line) before the 9th of the month following the month of application for the applicable plan.
- *1 If you cancel Y!mobile more than 3,650 days prior to the date of application for the applicable plan, the benefit will not apply.
- *2 Plan changes accompanied by a model change must be applied for at Y!mobile shop (applications cannot be made via the online store). Plan changes that do not involve a model change can also be applied for at other places (My Y!mobile, etc.).
- *3 This offer does not apply to new contracts for applicable plans.

Benefits
The month following the month of application for the applicable plan is counted as the first month, and if you make a payment with PayPay *2 using the applicable payment methods below at a PayPay affiliated store *1 in the second and third months, PayPay Points *3 will be awarded within the award rate and award limit in the table below for the amount of the applicable payment.

The eligible payment methods are as follows:

- *The price of the reward is tax-exempt.
- *1 PayPay affiliated stores (physical stores) and online stores (online affiliated stores). However, some PayPay affiliated stores (physical stores) and online stores are not eligible. Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! Auctions, LOHACO, and other LINE Yahoo Japan Corporation services are not eligible. Please be sure to read the notes below.
- *2 Payments made with PayPay Cards and credit cards including Yahoo! Cards via the PayPay app are not eligible.
- *3 It can also be used at the PayPay official store and the PayPay Card official store. Withdrawals and transfers are not possible.
The PayPay points awarded cannot be used for sending PayPay balance or splitting payments.
Depending on your usage status and system conditions, it may take some time for PayPay Points to be awarded.
- * In principle, PayPay points will be awarded 30 days after the day following the payment using the applicable payment method, but the timing may be delayed depending on the customer's usage status and system circumstances. The amount of the points awarded will be calculated by rounding down to the nearest whole number.
- * When using multiple payment methods, the reward rate for each payment method will be applied to the amount paid for each payment method.
Cases where you are not eligible for this campaign
This campaign will not apply if any of the following conditions apply:
- If the line contract is cancelled or transferred before the 9th of the month following the month in which the applicable plan was applied for
- If you change your plan to a non-eligible plan before the 9th of the month following the month in which you applied for the eligible plan

Notes:
- - Please check with your nearest Y!mobile dealer to find out your pricing plan when canceling your Y!mobile.
- ・ Eligibility will be confirmed by checking whether the applicable past plan and the subscriber information (phone number, date of birth) of the applicable plan match.
- *This benefit does not apply if the contract holder itself has changed.
- * If your phone number does not match the phone number of your previous eligible plan due to a change in phone number, you will not be eligible for this benefit.
- ・You will provide a PayPay ID to PayPay Corporation for the purpose of applying for this benefit.
- ・This campaign may end or its content may be changed without notice.
- - This offer may not be combined with certain other campaigns, programs, or discounts offered by our company.
- ・ If this campaign and the "Yahoo! Exclusive PayPay Points 20% Return Campaign" offered by LINE Yahoo Japan Corporation are applied at the same time, the "Yahoo! Exclusive PayPay Points 20% Return Campaign" will be applied first. If the payment amount with PayPay in one billing month exceeds the payment amount eligible for the "Yahoo! Exclusive PayPay Points 20% Return Campaign", the excess payment amount will be eligible for the reward of this campaign. In addition, it may not be possible to use this campaign in conjunction with other campaigns hosted by SoftBank Corp. or LINE Yahoo Japan Corporation held at the same time.
- ・ If we or PayPay determine that fraudulent activity has occurred regarding the acquisition of PayPay Points, we will discontinue granting this benefit.
- ・ To receive this benefit, your mobile phone device must be compatible with the PayPay app, and you must download the PayPay app and register for a PayPay account. For details about the environment in which you can use the PayPay app and PayPay points, please check the PayPay website in advance.
- ・When multiple campaigns are applied for the awarding of PayPay points, the campaign with the higher award amount will be applied and there may be cases where duplicate awards are not applied.
- ・ Regarding the awarding of PayPay points, even if multiple points are applied, the award rate will be a maximum of 66.5%.
- ・ If the entire transaction with a Target Store is cancelled, terminated (including termination by mutual consent) or invalidated (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation, etc."), regardless of the reason for the Cancellation, etc. and regardless of whether a refund is made by the Target Store, all PayPay Points awarded for the PayPay payment subject to the Cancellation, etc. will be cancelled. In addition, if a part of a transaction with a Target Store is cancelled, terminated (including termination by mutual consent) or invalidated (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation, etc."), points will be awarded according to the PayPay payment amount after the refund that is subject to the Cancellation, etc.
- ・ In the event that a transaction with a Target Store is cancelled, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, or whether or not the Target Store issues a refund, the "Total Awarded Points during the Benefit Period" will be deducted going forward only. Therefore, even if the "Total Awarded Points during the Benefit Period" reaches its upper limit and is cancelled, PayPay Points will not be awarded under this campaign for any PayPay payments made between the time the upper limit is reached and the time of cancellation.
