The 2022 Y!Mobile Parent-Child Discount has ended.

  • *Simple S is not eligible for the discount in this campaign.
  • *If you are applying for a plan change, this does not apply to plans between Simple M/L.

This campaign is aimed at customers (users) aged 5 to 18 years old and offers discounts on smartphone basic charges for up to 13 months from the month of application.
In addition, family members will also receive the discount if they sign up for a new contract or change their plan to an eligible plan during the application period and join a family discount service in the same group as a customer to whom the Y!Mobile Parent-Child Discount has been applied.

  • The user must be between 5 and 18 years old at the time of application.
  • You must sign a contract for the applicable rate plan and applicable contract conditions during the application period, and apply for the Y!Mobile Parent-Child Discount at the time of signing the contract.
  • You agree that we may check your contract information to determine whether Y!Mobile Parent-Child Discount (Family) benefits apply to those who sign up in the same family discount group.

If you change your plan to a discounted plan again, the month in which you first met the application conditions will be counted as the first month, and the period in which the discount was suspended will also be included in the count of the discount application period.

How to apply

Applications are accepted at Y Y!mobile shops and dealers (such as your local electronics store), online store, and My Y!mobile. Please visit the store in person.

If the contract holder is a minor

If the contract holder is a minor, in addition to the contract holder's identification documents, a "Legal Representative Consent Form (Parental Consent Form)" is required. The procedure can be completed online or by printing out the PDF and bringing it in (by mail).

Notes when applying through the online store

  • The contract must be completed by a guardian.
  • Please note that if the main line phone number you entered is not Y!mobile or is not eligible for the discount at the time of ordering, the family discount service will not be applied.

“Waimoba Parent and Child Discount (Family)” provision conditions

  • You must sign a contract under the applicable terms during the application period.
  • You must be subscribed to a family discount service in the same group * as the line for which you are applying for the "Y!Mobile Parent-Child Discount" during the application period.
  • * The same group refers to a group of up to 10 lines under the "Family Discount Service" consisting of one main line and nine sub lines.
