This product [Stick WiFi] complies with the government's technical standards regarding the human body's absorption of radio waves and international guidelines for radio wave protection.
See here for detailsThis product has been designed to comply with the technical standards *1 set by the government regarding the human absorption of radio waves, as well as the radio wave protection limits recommended by equivalent international guidelines. These international guidelines were established by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), which is in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), and the limits include a sufficient safety margin for all users, regardless of their age or health condition.
National technical standards and international guidelines define the permissible value for radio wave protection as the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), which represents the average amount of radio wave energy absorbed by the human body, and the permissible SAR value for mobile phones is 2.0 W/kg.
The maximum SAR value for this product [Stick WiFi] when used normally as described in this instruction manual is 0.865W/kg *2. Although there may be slight differences in SAR depending on the individual product, all of them meet the allowable value. Data communication terminals are designed to have the minimum transmission power required for communication with mobile phone base stations, etc., so the SAR value is usually smaller when actually communicating. In general, the closer the distance from the base station, the smaller the output of the data communication terminal.
The World Health Organization has stated that "Numerous studies have been conducted over the past 20 years to assess whether mobile phones pose a potential health risk. To date, no adverse health effects have been established as being caused by mobile phone use."
