The hole from which the sound comes out is designed to be large, ensuring sufficient volume even if your ears are not in the correct position or the other person's voice is quiet.
You can change the sound quality of the other person's voice from the standard to two types of sound quality that are easier for you to hear.

[About MIL-STD-810H] Tests that comply with the 10 items of the US Department of Defense procurement standard (MIL-STD-810H) (shock resistance: test in which the product is dropped from a height of 1.22m onto a steel plate in 26 directions, waterproofing [immersion]: test in which the product is immersed in water at a depth of approximately 1.5m for 30 minutes, vibration resistance: vibration test for 3 hours (1 hour each in 3 directions / 20 to 2,000Hz), high temperature storage [fixed]: high temperature durability test for 4 consecutive hours at 60℃, high temperature storage [variable] We conduct high temperature endurance tests in which the temperature is changed from 30 to 60°C, high temperature operation [fixed]: operation test for three consecutive hours at 50°C, high temperature operation [variable]: operation test with three cycles of temperature change from 32 to 49°C, low temperature storage: low temperature endurance test for four consecutive hours at -30°C, temperature shock: temperature endurance test for three consecutive hours with a sudden temperature change from -21 to 50°C, low pressure storage: low pressure storage test for two consecutive hours (57.2kPa/equivalent to an altitude of approximately 4,572m).
[Waterproofing] IPX5: The phone will maintain its functionality even when sprayed with water from a nozzle with an inner diameter of 6.3 mm from any direction at a rate of 12.5 L/min from a distance of 3 m for at least 3 minutes. IPX8: The phone will not get wet and will maintain its functionality even when submerged in a tank of tap water at room temperature and still water at a depth of 1.5 m and left at the bottom for about 30 minutes. Do not pour or immerse the phone in anything other than tap water, such as soap, detergent, seasonings, juice, or seawater. Also, do not soak or pour hot or cold water on the phone. Make sure the back cover is securely attached.
[Dust resistance] IP5X: This means that the phone will function and remain safe when it is taken out of the device after being placed in a device containing dust particles with a diameter of 75µm or less for 8 hours and agitated. Do not place the phone on sandy beaches, etc. If the phone becomes dirty, immediately wash it off with weak tap water at room temperature. Do not use brushes, sponges, detergents, etc.
[Chemical resistance] We soaked the cloth in the following chemicals commonly used in alcohol disinfectant sheets and conducted wiping tests. 1. Isopropyl alcohol (99.7% or less), 2. Ethanol (99.5% or less), 3. Sodium hypochlorite (1.0% or less). In tests simulating wiping with alcohol disinfectant sheets, we confirmed that there was no significant discoloration or fading. However, the performance of the product was confirmed under test conditions, and we do not guarantee that there will be no discoloration or deformation.
[About foam care] Please use foam hand soap/body soap made by a domestic manufacturer. Do not mix different types of foam hand soap/foam body soap. Do not use kitchen/commercial/additive-free/alkaline hand soap, commercial/additive-free/alkaline body soap, soap, detergent, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, makeup remover, toothpaste, etc. If it gets on your skin, rinse it off immediately with water.

This product has been designed to comply with the technical standards *1 set by the government regarding the human absorption of radio waves, as well as the radio wave protection limits recommended by equivalent international guidelines. These international guidelines were established by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), which is in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), and the limits include a sufficient safety margin for all users, regardless of their age or health condition.
National technical standards and international guidelines define the permissible value for radio wave protection as the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), which represents the average amount of radio wave energy absorbed by the human body, and the permissible SAR value for mobile phones is 2.0 W/kg.
The maximum SAR value for this product [DIGNO® Keitai 4 A203KC] at the side of the head is 0.703 W/kg, and the maximum SAR value when worn on the body *2 is 0.452 W/kg. Although there may be slight differences in SAR depending on the individual product, all of them meet the allowable value. Mobile phones are designed to have the minimum transmission power required for communication with mobile phone base stations, so when actually making a call, the SAR value is usually smaller. In general, the closer the distance from the base station, the lower the output of the mobile phone.
The World Health Organization has stated that "Numerous studies have been conducted over the past 20 years to assess whether mobile phones pose a potential health risk. To date, no adverse health effects have been established as being caused by mobile phone use."
