Terms and conditions of use

  1. All of the following conditions must be met after the start date of the benefit application period.
  2. You must declare your phone number (Y!mobile users) or device contract number (non Y!mobile users) and apply to use the benefits.
  3. The Company will collect the device and complete the appraisal by the end of the month following the date of application for the benefit.
  4. The model meets the assessment criteria and the IMEI can be confirmed.
  5. The Program has not been cancelled, terminated or terminated at the time of applying to use the Rewards.
  6. You have not neglected to pay any debts owed to us.
  7. The model is not subject to network usage restrictions.

Notes

  1. If the model does not meet the assessment criteria, or if the remaining installment debt falls below the breakdown charge [22,000 yen (the amount specified on our website for Breakdown Security Pack Plus subscribers)], you will not be able to use the benefit.
  2. If you have set up an eSIM profile when applying for the benefit, you will need to delete the registered information from the applicable device when you initialize it. We will not be liable for any damages suffered by you due to loss or leakage of data caused by failure to do so.
  3. If you pay off all installment payments for the model or apply for lump-sum repayment, the program will end.
  4. Once you have applied to use a Reward, the application cannot be revoked or cancelled, and you cannot apply for it again.
