In areas where only "FDD-LTE" is available, you will need to switch to "Standard Mode." When using "Advanced Mode," speed controls are implemented to avoid congestion and ensure communication quality. (When using more than 10GB over three days/combined packet communication volume in "Advanced Mode" and "Standard Mode")

●If your data usage exceeds 7GB in a given month, your data communication speed will be slowed down (maximum 128kbps for sending and receiving) until the end of that month.

※To apply to return to the normal speed, please set it up on "My Y!mobile" or the Pocket WiFi® device, or contact Y!mobile customer support. (Only the current month's fee will be applied per application.) If you apply for "Auto Charge (Comfortable Mode)" which always maintains the normal speed, you can continue to use high-speed data communication without it slowing down even after exceeding the set capacity (7GB).
※Each communication speed is based on a best effort system, so communication speeds may decrease or communication may be impossible depending on line congestion or the communication environment.

※Fees for concurrent services and device fees are not included.
※Discount details and period are subject to change without notice.
※When you change your contract, you will not be charged the basic fee for the rate plan for the month in which you apply for the new contract.
※The monthly fee and discount amount will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the first month of your contract, but if you cancel or terminate your contract mid-month, the fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis.
※A contract administration fee will be charged for new contracts and contract changes. (There is no administration fee for online stores.)
※A universal service fee will be charged separately.

● With Pocket WiFi® Plan 2 (Basic), when using "Advanced Mode", in addition to the speed limit for the monthly data usage of your rate plan, there is also speed control to avoid congestion and ensure communication quality (when using more than 10GB in a 3-day period/combined packet usage in "Advanced Mode" and "Standard Mode").
● If communication continues for a long period of time, or if we determine that it is affecting other communications, the communication may be disconnected. In this case, the connection will be resumed if you reconnect the device.

[About 5G services]

● SoftBank 5G service area will be limited initially, so some customers will mainly use 4G.
● When purchasing a 5G-compatible device, please check the area in advance. Also, even if "5G" is displayed on your device screen (top of the screen) during standby, the display may switch to "4G" when communicating, and 4G communication may be used.
● With regard to 5G services, actual communication speeds are expected to decrease compared to when they were first launched due to an increase in the number of users in the future.
