  • From Tuesday, February 1, 2022, there will be no cancellation fee due to the abolition of the cancellation fee.

  • ●If your data usage exceeds 7GB in a given month, your data communication speed will be slowed down (maximum 128kbps for sending and receiving) until the end of that month.
  • ●If you want to return to normal speeds, an additional fee of 500 yen will be charged for every 0.5 GB.
    (You can apply to return to the normal speed via My Y!mobile. Each application will only apply for the current month.)

About contract types

Contract Type Contract Period Long-term contract discount explanation
Value Set Y 3年 38,300円 This is a contract type with a contract period of 3 years. A long-term contract discount will be applied if you promise to continue using the service for 3 years. In principle, the long-term contract discount is a discount on the amount paid at the time of purchase (including the price of our designated equipment).
After the contract period expires, you will automatically be transferred to "Sannen."
Value Set Light Y 3年 25,700円
basic - - This is a contract type with no set contract period.
Three years 3年 - This is a contract type with a contract period of 3 years (automatically renewed every 3 years).
  • ※"Value Set Y" and "Value Set Lite Y" are contracts that apply to long-term contract discounts when you purchase Pocket WiFi® together with a computer, tablet, etc., and you agree to continue using the service for three years.

Conditions for joining and contract period

  • ●This is a fee plan with a contract period of three years.
  • ●The contract period begins with the month of joining and ends with the 36th month.
  • ●The contract period will be automatically renewed (continued) unless you request otherwise. (For "Value Set Y" and "Value Set Light Y," the month of joining will be considered the first month, and the contract type will automatically change to "Sannen" in the 37th month.) If you do not need automatic renewal (if you wish to end the contract at the expiration month), please change to a plan with no fixed contract period on My Y!mobile or other methods at the expiration month or contract renewal month.

Regarding contract cancellation fees

If you change to another contract type or cancel your contract during the contract period, a cancellation fee will be charged.
For the "Sannen" contract type, a cancellation fee of 9,500 yen will be charged, and for "Value Set Y" and "Value Set Light Y", a cancellation fee will be charged according to the length of time that the contract has been in effect. For details, please click here.

  • *For "Value Set Y" and "Value Set Lite Y", the first month of expiration is not eligible for the free period.
