


From Tuesday, February 1, 2022, there will be no cancellation fee due to the abolition of the cancellation fee.
On November 30, 2017, IIJ 3G service (formerly WILLCOM CORE 3G service) will be discontinued.
Customers who have signed up for a rate plan whose service will be terminated will have their contract automatically terminated on the same day.
You can continue to use the service without worry until November 30, 2017, but if you wish to continue using the service after the service ends, you will need to upgrade to a new model by November 30, 2017.

As your main line is cancelled, the discount benefits for your secondary line will end.
As the discount benefits for secondary lines will end due to the cancellation of the primary line, we will set some secondary lines as primary lines according to our standards and automatically apply the "Family Discount Service." This will allow the remaining secondary lines to continue receiving the same discount benefits.
When the contract for the main line is terminated (cancelled), the secondary line will be changed to the main line and will be set up by our company in the following order of priority.

2. PocketWiFi Plan 2, Light (Sannen, Value Set, Value Set Light)
3. Data Plan L
4. 4G-S Plan
5. Smartphone Plan S/M/L (Type 3)
6. Willcom Plan D, D+, Lite
7. New Willcom Fixed-Price Plan GS
8. Mobile phone plan, New Willcom flat rate plan S
9. Smartphone Plan S/M/L (Type 2)
As the "Family Discount Service" and "One More Free Campaign" discounts come to an end, customers who wish to cancel their contracts will be exempt from the contract cancellation fee if they complete the cancellation procedure during the following period. However, this exemption does not apply to lines for which changes have been made to the Family Discount contract details after November 10, 2017.
