Please note that calls (limited to those approved by our company) made to international roaming, international calls (calls overseas), calls to satellite phones, international call forwarding services (those in which you enter the destination overseas number after initiating a call, etc.), calls to answering machines (replay), calls to numbers beginning with 0570 (Navi Dial) and other numbers for which other companies set their own rates, directory assistance (104), phone numbers designated and separately published by our company (telephone numbers that connect long periods or a large number of communications continuously for a certain period of time within a certain period of time by unilateral or mechanical calls, etc.), and other companies' call forwarding services (referring to telecommunications services provided by telecommunications carriers which have a phone number (hereinafter referred to as the "forwarding phone number") owned by other telecommunications carriers for the main purpose of calls to other phone numbers via that phone number), are not covered by the free calls plans of "Anyone Flat Rate", "Super Anyone Flat Rate", "Smartphone Plan" and "Smartphone Basic Plan" (hereinafter referred to as these Services), and calls will be charged according to the rate plan you use.
If you cancel your contract midway through the month, the monthly fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis. If we determine that any of the following calls have been made by the subscriber, we will suspend the free call service provided by this service or suspend the use of the communication services related to this service.
Please note that in order to confirm the call, we may refer to the call history or conduct other necessary investigations, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
