Smartphone Basic Plan

We stopped accepting new applications for the Smartphone Basic Plan as of February 17, 2021. Current customers can continue to use the plan after February 18, 2021.

Starting March 1, 2021, we have revised the data capacity and monthly basic fee for Smartphone Basic R.

  • ※●■○If your data usage exceeds the set amount for the current month, your data speed will be slowed down until the end of that month (maximum sending and receiving: Smartphone Basic Plan S: 300 kbps Smartphone Basic Plan M/R: 1 Mbps). If you wish to return to the normal speed, an additional fee of 500 yen will be charged for every 0.5 GB. Please check here for how to return to the normal speed.
  • ※●■○The monthly fee and discount amount will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the first month of your contract, but if you cancel or terminate your contract mid-month, the fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis.
  • ※●■○Starting from February 18th, all Smartphone Basic Plans S/M/R will be able to use 5G at no additional charge.
    (5G coverage areas are limited. A 5G-compatible device is required to use 5G communications.)

The rates in the table below apply to domestic calls to smartphones, mobile phones, and landlines (including IP phones).

Calls over 10 minutes 20 yen/30 seconds (only for over 10 minutes)
  • More than 10 minutes per sessionFor domestic calls over 10 minutes, an additional call charge of 20 yen per 30 seconds will be incurred.
  • Calls made to the forwarding number using the call forwarding service will be charged according to your rate plan.
  • Free calls under this service do not include international roaming, international calls (calls overseas), calls to the answering machine center (replay), Navi Dial (0570), directory assistance (104), etc.
  • *The number of calls that can be made with the "Flat Rate for Anyone" plan can be confirmed on the online fee information page of My Y!mobile.
  • * Calls to telephone numbers designated by Y!mobile and published separately, and calls made through other companies' call forwarding services (telecommunications services provided by telecommunications carriers that own a call forwarding number for the primary purpose of calls being made to other telephone numbers via a telephone number owned by another telecommunications carrier [hereinafter referred to as the "call forwarding number"]) are not included in the free calls offered by this service, and therefore calls will be charged according to your rate plan.
  • *If Y Y!mobile determines that you have made any of the following calls, this service will be terminated or the use of the calls in question will be suspended on the date specified by Y Y!mobile.
    • ・Connecting the phone to any device or facility and using it without prior permission from Y!mobile.
    • ・Using the service for the purpose of directly earning revenue from communications by using the service as an intermediary for communications, utilizing the forwarding function, or connecting to services provided by other companies.
    • ・This refers to long-term or large numbers of communications that continue for a certain period of time within a certain period of time, through unilateral or mechanical calls to the telecommunications equipment of a specific contracted operator.
    • ・Communications used for purposes other than phone calls.
    • ・It is provided for the use of persons other than the contracting party and is conducted as a business or as an intermediary for communications between others.
