  • Telecommunications devices for which the manufacturer's repair and maintenance has ended cannot be accepted for repair.
  • Please note that even during the repair period, basic charges for your usage plan and monthly fees for this service will still be charged.

  • You cannot subscribe to this service using a phone that you bring in yourself.
  • This service is not available to those with telemetering contracts or car navigation system dedicated service contracts.
  • Once you cancel this service, you will not be able to subscribe to it again until the next time you change your model.
  • To support you in the event of loss or theft, we will verify that you have reported the loss or theft to the police.
  • The following issues are not supported:
    (1) Repairs for scratches, stains, peeling paint, etc. that do not affect the original functionality of the target communication device
    (2) If we determine that the malfunction or damage was caused by the customer's intentional or improper repair or modification.
    (3) Repair of consumables such as batteries and peripheral devices (One-Seg tuners, external memory media, etc.)
  • We will collect phones that have been leaking water, are totally damaged, or have been replaced.
  • We will not provide support for phones for which this service has been terminated or PHS contracts have been cancelled, or phones that were in use until the model was changed.
  • If you change the model of your phone to one that you brought in yourself, support will no longer be available, so in that case please request to cancel this service.
  • Telephones and other devices for which repair and maintenance services are no longer available from the telecommunications equipment manufacturer are not supported.
