We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our customers who have used our service so far.
This service delivers voice messages via packet communications instead of voice communications when a large-scale disaster occurs, such as an earthquake with a seismic intensity of lower 6 or above, causing problems with connecting due to a concentration of voice calls.
Voice messages can also be exchanged between other mobile phone carriers that offer disaster voice delivery services.

Experience | Sending and receiving messages |
When disasters such as earthquakes and accidents occur, we receive a huge number of phone calls from people trying to confirm their safety. This makes it very difficult to get through on the phone in affected areas, and causes many problems in contacting the fire department and police.
As a telecommunications company, we will strive to ensure communications by various methods, such as providing disaster message boards, appropriate network control, and providing priority telephone services in times of disaster. However, we ask that all users also understand and cooperate by refraining from making non-urgent calls and redialing, and instead calling back after a while, so that emergency telephone calls can be made smoothly in the affected areas.
For more information about using telephones during a disaster, please see the website of the Telecommunications Carriers Association.
