- Upon application, we will hold the amount equivalent to the PayPay balance/points listed above as a security deposit for the applicable charges. The amount held by the billing closing date will be used to pay the applicable charges on the payment date of the billing amount for that month.
- It can only be used for billing the phone number linked to the PayPay app. (Even if you have multiple lines contracted for one bill, it will not be applied to billing other than the phone number you applied for use.)
- The maximum amount you can apply for at one time is 10,000 yen. However, there is no limit to the number of times you can apply.
- Cancellations are not possible after application.
- If your contracted line is transferred or inherited, the PayPay balance/points applied for payment before the transfer/inheritance will be used to pay the invoice of the transferee/successor.
- If your PayPay balance/points exceed the applicable charge, the excess will be carried over and applied to the next month's bill. You can carry over for up to 9 months. Any PayPay balance/points remaining after applying to the applicable charge for the 9th month's bill will be returned 8 days after the billing closing date of the last month in which they were applied.
- If you cancel your mobile phone line after applying, the payment will be applied to the applicable charges with the last billing date up to the cancellation date. If you have any remaining PayPay balance/points, they will be refunded 8 days after the billing closing date up to the cancellation date.
- Please note that if you have cancelled your linked PayPay account, the points will not be refunded.
