"In-store smartphone support" will support the following menu items. Assistance will be provided by staff who have taken the training for store staff provided by SoftBank.

Fixed-price in-store smartphone support

The "Smartphone Support Flat Rate" is available to customers who have purchased a device from SoftBank / Y!mobile Mobile or are using SoftBank / Y!mobile /LINEMO line. (The service does not apply to "prepaid" payment methods or "Simple Style" models.)
There are two types of plans available: the "Store Smartphone Support Flat Rate Light Plan" (hereinafter "Light Plan"), which offers 21 types of support menu items for 550 yen per month, and the "Store Smartphone Support Flat Rate Full Plan" (hereinafter "Full Plan"), which offers 24 types of support menu items for 990 yen per month.
Exclusively for subscribers of our "Fixed-price Smartphone Support Plan," we will guide you through regular inspections of your device.
As a benefit for continuing to use the full plan, we offer coupons that can be used at Y!mobile shops or PayPay points rebates.

Customers who have signed up for the "Store Smartphone Support Flat Rate" will receive regular inspection information via SMS/email. In the first year, we will send you information four times per year. (From the second year onwards, every six months)
