*1 The maximum amount of data that can be carried over to the following month is the data capacity of the plan subscribed to the following month.
*2 For subscribers who signed up by August 17th, the plan will be effective from September 1st.

*From August 2021, you will be able to carry over your plan's data volume to the following month.
* Carried-over data volume can be used until the end of the following month. Only the default volume and data volume increased by the data increase option can be carried over. Data volume purchased when applying to return to normal speed cannot be carried over. Any amount less than 100MB of carried-over data will be rounded down.
* The maximum amount of data that can be carried over to the next month is the maximum amount of data that will be included in the plan you sign up for the following month (including the amount of data increase option). The maximum amount of data that you carry over to the next month will be the amount of data that you used in June 2022.
(Some customers may be subject to a data limit for the amount of data used in May 2022 that is carried over to the following month. We will contact these customers individually.)
* Data volume will be consumed in the following order: carried-over data > default data volume (including data increase through data increase options) > additional purchased data volume.
* For shared plans, data can be carried over during the period when data capacity is shared with the parent line (while sharing is in effect). However, unused data capacity from the month before sharing with the parent line begins and the final month when sharing is terminated will not be carried over to the next month.

* The maximum amount of data that can be carried over to the next month is the amount of data in the plan you sign up for the next month (including the amount added with the data increase option).

Increased amount per plan

*Even if you sign up or cancel in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis.
* If you apply for a new contract on or after August 18, 2021, the discount will be applied from the month of application. For all other applications, the discount will be applied from the month following application.
* After subscribing to this service and exceeding the data volume, your communication speed will slow down.
* This option cannot be used in conjunction with past campaigns that increase data capacity (such as double data capacity campaigns). Please check with a staff member at the store for details.

*2GB can be increased with the data increase option.

The above details regarding data increase options will be revised from August 18, 2021.
If you subscribed to the data increase option before August 17, 2021, the same will apply from September 1, 2021.

Important Notice Regarding Changes to Delivery Method

●Customers who have auto-charge set up
After September 1, 2021, for Simple S/M/L customers, the additional data capacity added by subscribing to the Data Increase Option will no longer require the procedure for purchasing additional data capacity. Therefore, customers who have auto-charge set to 1-14 times are asked to turn the setting to "OFF."
To change your settings, please apply here. *You must log in to My Y!mobile.
You will be charged (0.5GB/550 yen) for any data volume purchased through auto-charge before the settings are changed.

* Customers who have subscribed to the Smartphone Basic Plan/Smartphone Plan/Keitai Basic Plan SS/Keitai Plan SS data increase option and have auto-charge set up will also fall under the above when changing their plan to Simple S/M/L.
*Changes to auto-charge settings will be reflected immediately.
