Simple 2

● If you use less than 1 GB of data, you will receive a discount of 1,100 yen/month on the Simple 2 M plan, or 2,200 yen/month on the Simple 2 L plan.
● Domestic calls cost 22 yen per 30 seconds. International roaming, international calls, calls to phone numbers starting with 0570, etc., that other companies charge for, directory assistance (104), and some other calls are not covered by the call charges.
Calls to the satellite phone service (Wide Star) provided by NTT DOCOMO cost 177.1 yen per 30 seconds.
● Domestic SMS charges range from 3.3 to 33 yen per message, depending on the number of characters. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
● A contract administrative fee of 3,850 yen, universal service fees, and telephone relay service fees are incurred separately.
* If you use the online store, there is no contract administration fee.
● Use of voicemail service requires a separate subscription to the Voicemail Plus service.
● If your data usage for the current month (excluding any carryover) exceeds the sum of the contracted data allowance (4 GB/20 GB/30 GB) and additional data from the Data Increase Option for those subscribed to the service (2 GB/5 GB/5 GB), the data speed will be reduced until the end of the current month. If your data usage exceeds this sum by an additional half of the contracted data allowance (2 GB/10 GB/15 GB), the data speed will be reduced to a maximum of 128 kbps for both sending and receiving until the end of the current month.

Y!Mobile Parent-Child discount

● The Y!mobile Parent-Child Discount does not apply for months where the total data usage is 1 GB or less. Not applicable for those who have previously received the Y!mobile Parent-Child Discount or Student Discount.
● During the application period, if a user is between 5 and 18 years old at the time of application, and is a new user, switching from another company (MNP), transferring a number from SoftBank or LINEMO, changing contract, or changing plans to Simple 2 M/L, a 1,100 yen per month discount will apply to the basic usage fee for 13 months, starting the first month that applicable conditions are met.
● When applying to change your plan through My Y!mobile, please complete the application process for the Y!mobile Parent-Child Discount through My Y!mobile first. Then apply to change the plan after you receive the SMS confirming the completion of the discount application. (If the user’s information has already been registered and the user and the subscriber are the same as previously registered, we will not send an SMS confirming the completion of the procedure. In such cases, you can apply to change your plan immediately after applying for this campaign through My Y!mobile.)

- Connecting the telephone to any device or facility without our prior permission.
- Using the service for the purpose of obtaining direct income from communications, such as by using the communications intermediation or forwarding function, or connecting to services provided by other companies.
- Calls made automatically using software, computer programming, etc. (other than those provided by us or a telecommunications carrier authorized by us).
- Communications used for purposes other than making calls.

Data carries over

*The only data that can be carried over is the contracted data allowance and the data from the Data Increase Option. The purchase of additional data when applying to return to normal speed cannot be carried over. The data carried over will be rounded down to the nearest 100 MB.
*Data is used in the following order: carried-over data > contracted data allowance (including Data Increase Option data) > additional purchased data.
*Regarding the Shared Plan, data can be carried over during the period when data is being shared with the primary line. However, any leftover data from the month before the start of sharing with the primary line and the last month when sharing is terminated will not be carried over to the following month.
