Launch of Simple S/M/L
Simple S/M/L will be available from February 18, 2021.
Regarding the suspension of Smartphone Basic Plan S/M/R
As of February 17, 2021, we will stop accepting new applications for the Smartphone Basic Plan S/M/R.
Current customers will be able to continue using the service after February 18, 2021.
Smartphone Basic Plan R revised
The contents of the Smartphone Basic Plan R will be revised on March 1, 2021, with the data capacity increased to 20GB and the monthly basic fee increased to 4,480 yen.

5G communication provided on Smartphone Basic Plan S/M/R
All Smartphone Basic Plans S/M/R will be able to use 5G at no additional charge starting from February 18, 2021.
- *5G is only available in limited areas, so please check before signing up.
To use 5G, you will need a 5G-compatible device. We will announce the 5G-compatible models of "Y!mobile" as soon as they are decided.

・Discount campaign for calls for people aged 60 and over
This campaign offers a discount on the monthly fee for the "Super Flat Rate for Anyone (S)" plan, which allows unlimited domestic calls, for users aged 60 or over. Click here for details
- * If you are using the Smartphone Basic Plan and change to Simple S/M/L, the options "Super Flat Rate for Anyone" and "Free Calls for 60 Years and Over Campaign" that you get when subscribing to the Smartphone Basic Plan will be cancelled and you will be charged a pay-per-use rate (20 yen/30 seconds). Please note that if you wish to make calls at a flat rate, you will need to subscribe to the flat rate call option provided with Simple S/M/L separately.

- * Due to the termination of acceptance of the Smartphone Basic Plan, you will no longer be able to apply for the Student Discount if you subscribe to the Smartphone Basic Plan after February 18, 2021. Applications for the Student Discount for those who subscribed to the Smartphone Basic Plan due to a plan change will also be closed on February 17, 2021, so please apply for the Student Discount by that date after meeting all applicable conditions.
On February 18, 2021, the new rate plan, Simple M/L, will be eligible for the student discount. (However, those who change plans to Simple M/L will not be eligible for the student discount.)
- *If you are already receiving a student discount on the Smartphone Basic Plan and change your plan to Simple M/L, the discount amount according to the new plan will be applied from the month of the change.
- *Simple S is a plan that is not eligible for Y!Mobile Student Discount or Y!Mobile Student Discount (Family).
- *The discount amount will be calculated on a pro rata basis during the contract month.
