


Once you receive the product you purchased from the Y!mobile Online Store, you can start using it by following the steps below.
Insert the SIM card into your new phone, power it on, and use it. The SIM card is wrapped in film and attached to the inner box.
Once the product arrives, please complete the switching procedure yourself. The hours for switching your line are as follows:
If you do not switch within the reception period 6 days after the date of arrival of the product, we will process the switch on the following day (7 days after the date of arrival of the product).
In this case, please note that you cannot specify the switching time.
If you are transferring your number via MNP, please do not cancel your contract with your original mobile phone company yourself.
Your current phone number may no longer be available.
Once the line switch is complete, your contract with your previous mobile phone company will be automatically canceled.
If you change your model, you will need to switch lines.
If you cancel or transfer out of Y!mobile before the line switch is completed, your application on the online store may be canceled.

New contracts, model changes, and transfers from SoftBank /LINEMO: 4:00 to 23:15
Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
We will exchange the product for an equivalent model. However, if you do not return the defective product to us within 8 days of contacting us, you will be required to pay the equivalent price of the product we deliver as a replacement (the price in the online store).
