Y!Mobile Parent-Child Discount Online Store Application Conditions

Applications that meet the following conditions are eligible.

Pricing plans Simple 2 M/L
Contract Category New contracts, transfers from other companies (MNP), number porting, and model changes accompanied by plan changes *

  • * This also applies to plan changes between Simple 2 M/L. It also includes contract changes from 4G-S plans (including 4G-S Basic plans).
  • * Plan changes accompanied by a model change must be applied for at Y!mobile shop (applications cannot be made at the online store). Plan changes that do not involve a model change can be applied for at other places (My Y!mobile, etc.), but if you are applying for a plan change at My Y!mobile mobile, etc., you must first apply for this campaign at My Y!mobile, and then apply for the plan change after receiving an SMS confirming the completion of the application process.
    (If you have already registered your user information and Y!Mobile considers the user and contract holder to be the same person, you will not receive an SMS notifying you of the completion of the procedure. After applying for this campaign on Y!mobile, you can then apply for a plan change.)

Notes on applying for Family Discount Service on the Online Store
  • When signing up for a new contract at the online store, you cannot apply for the Family Discount Service with the new line as the primary line and the existing line as the secondary line. When applying for the plan, do not check "Family Discount Service" on the plan selection screen, and after signing up, apply for the Parent-Child Discount eligible line and Family Discount Service at My Y!mobile or in-store.
