Cancellation of the product purchase contract

Regarding the telecommunications service contract, if the signal conditions at your home, workplace, school, etc. are insufficient, if you have not been given a sufficient explanation, or if you have not been issued a written contract, you may cancel the product purchase and sale contract(※) within eight days from the later of the start date of the telecommunications service provision or the date of receipt of the written telecommunications service contract.

About defective products

If the product is dirty or damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if there is a defect in the product, we will exchange it, so please contact us within 8 days after receiving the product. After that, we will not accept it.
However, if you do not return the defective product to us within 8 days of receiving your notification, you will be required to pay the price of the product we deliver as a replacement (the price in the online shop).

Regarding replacement of outlet products with initial defects and handling of breakdowns

  • If you receive a defective product within 8 days of purchase, please contact the Y!mobile Online Store Office. We will exchange it for an equivalent outlet item.
  • Any malfunctions or repairs will be handled at your nearest Y!mobile shop. *Additional fees will apply.
  • There is no warranty period for outlet products. There may be a warranty card included, but it is invalid. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

Products ordered through the Y!mobile online store are not eligible for the cooling off period, but we will accept returns only if the cancellation falls within the 8-day period. Please contact us by phone at the number below and follow the return instructions we will provide to you.
If you are unable to return the cancelled item, we may charge you an additional amount equivalent to the price of the item. If you have purchased multiple items at the same time, you cannot cancel only some of the items.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to initial defects, the entire set of items included with the purchase will be required. Please note that if you do not have the entire set of items included with the purchase, we may not be able to accept the initial defect exchange.

When returning products, personal items such as film, cases, accessories, letters or packaging containing personal information will be discarded (returns cannot be accepted).
