Check your bill on My Y!mobile

You can check the various charges on the online site "My Y!mobile", where you can change your contract details and check your charges 24 hours a day. There is no charge for use.

  • Corporate customers must apply through the Biz Concierge/Corporate Billing Inquiry Service. There is no charge for use.
    Some Pocket WiFi® models and some smartphone models are not compatible.

Check the billing amount via email

If you register through My Y!mobile, we will notify you at the email address you registered once the billing amount has been determined.
We will also notify you of the renewal date of your current rate plan in the month it is due to renew and the following month.

Check on invoice

To issue an invoice, you must apply in advance.
This is a service that mails you a breakdown of your monthly usage charges (basic charges, calling charges, optional services, etc.).
