How to check on My Y!mobile

STEP1

Log in to My Y!mobile, press the menu button in the top right corner of the page, tap "Fee Information," then tap "Confirm Installment Contract."

STEP2

You can check your contracted model, monthly model fee, remaining number of payments and amount.

  • The above will not be displayed if the loan has already been paid in full, if a partial payment has been made at the store, or if the loan is not in installment contract.

Change to one-time payment

The remaining balance of the device price can be paid in a lump sum.
You can change to a lump sum payment on My Y!mobile.
