As of Friday, June 30, 2023, our customer center will cease operations, with some exceptions.

When the service ends, the contract will be automatically terminated.
If you cancel after April 1, 2020, or if the service is automatically canceled when it ends, you will not be charged a cancellation fee even if you are subscribed to a rate plan that incurs a cancellation fee.
If you switch to a Y!mobile or SoftBank smartphone or mobile phone, you can continue to use the old email address you used with your PHS on your new model.
If you wish to use this service, you will need to set it up yourself on My Y!mobile or My Softbank.
The period in which you can set up your PHS email address will be until March 31, 2021.

Please be aware of malicious sales tactics based on false information that take advantage of the termination of PHS services.
As of August 2019, there have been no reports of malicious sales practices related to the termination of PHS services. If any such cases are confirmed in the future, we will announce them on this page.
Applications for upgrading from PHS to a new model were closed on Friday, January 15th.
For customers who have already applied, please make sure to switch your line by January 31, 2021 after receiving the product. If you do not complete the switch by the deadline, you will need to return the product you received.

Applications for new and revised family discounts, including PHS, were closed as of July 31, 2019.
For PHS lines (secondary lines) that were eligible for the "Family Discount Service" and "One More Free Campaign" benefits as of July 31, 2019, the discounts will continue to be applied unconditionally until the end of the PHS rate plan on January 31, 2021.
Please note that the warranty will no longer apply after January 31, 2021.

As of May 12, 2020, rental of home antennas will end (excluding those currently using a telemetering plan).
If you no longer need a home antenna due to canceling your PHS service or changing your contract, please be sure to return it to Y!mobile.
If you already have a home antenna that you no longer need, please return it as soon as possible.
