Paying outstanding bills

Prices shown include tax unless otherwise stated.
The amount may differ from the invoice amount due to the calculation of consumption tax.

We will issue payment slips to customers who have not paid.
If your payment is past due, you can pay by one of the following methods:

Convenience store payment After issuing a barcode on My Y!mobile, you can use the barcode to make payments at convenience stores.
*Please pay at the convenience store (in-store) after completing the procedure.

3. Select "Convenience store" and follow the instructions on the screen.
*After completing the procedure, you will receive an SMS. After logging in using the barcode issuing URL and password listed, please display the barcode at the convenience store and make your payment.

After issuing the number through My Y!mobile, you can use the number to make payments via Pay-easy (online banking/ATM).

3. Select "Internet banking payment" and follow the instructions on the screen.
*A "number" will be displayed. Please use this number to make your payment via online banking or ATM.

If you pay with PayB

If you wish to pay with PayB, you will need a payment slip.

When paying at a convenience store

If you pay at a convenience store, you will need an invoice.

  • Payment is by cash only.
  • If the amount stated on the invoice exceeds 300,000 yen, please make the payment at a shop or financial institution (excluding Japan Post Bank).
  • Please note that some stores may not carry this product.
  • After payment, it will take approximately 30 minutes for service to resume, with the exception of some devices.
  • If you do not have a payment slip, please contact Y!mobile Customer Center and we will reissue it for you. It will be delivered to you within about a week (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you pay at a financial institution

If you are paying through a financial institution, you will need an invoice.

  • Payment is by cash only.
  • Invoices issued to unpaid customers cannot be paid through Japan Post Bank.

If you pay in store

Please visit your nearest Y!mobile shop directly.

  • Starting from Sunday, October 1, 2017, when you pay your monthly charges at a Y Y!mobile shop, a handling fee will be charged.220円You will be responsible for the following costs:

When the contract holder visits the store

  • You can provide the invoice for the month in question or know the payment amount.

If a representative visits the store

  • Can present "invoice for the month to be paid"
  • You can find out the "payment amount" and the contract holder's "name", "mobile phone number", "contract address", and "date of birth".
  • A handwritten note from the policyholder: power of attorney" and driver's license and passport. *1 "Representative" Identification documents" can be presented.
  • You are the "agent of the contract holder," can present "identification documents for the agent," and can verify the "name," "mobile phone number," "contract address or billing address," and "date of birth" of the contract holder at the store.
  • ※1If your current address is different from the address on your confirmation document, or if your confirmation document does not have an address space, you will need to provide a certificate of residence or a utility bill addressed to you with your current address written on it (issued within the last 3 months).
