If you are switching carriers (MNP), you will need to issue a reservation number through Y!mobile and then complete the new subscription process at your new carrier.
In order to issue a reservation number, the contract holder must complete the procedure themselves.
You can complete the procedure on My Y!mobile. You can also check the cancellation fees before completing the procedure.
We recommend you apply online to avoid waiting times.

After issuing the MNP reservation number, you will need to complete the new subscription procedure with another company. Once you have signed a contract with another company, Y!mobile will be automatically cancelled.
Please contact the mobile phone company to which you are transferring to for information on how to apply for a new contract with another company.
