This is the procedure for transferring your current Y Y!mobile rights to a third party (friend, family member, etc.) and for the transferee (new subscriber) to take over the transferor's rights and obligations.
Succession
This is the procedure when the contract name is passed on to a family member when the policyholder passes away, or when the surviving corporation takes over the contract name when companies merge.
- ※If the contract holder is replaced by another person for reasons other than inheritance, it is considered a "transfer."
- ※Changing a corporation's department, changing its name, or adding/changing/deleting the name of a representative director is considered a "name change."
- ※In the case of a corporation, a change of name due to a corporate division is considered a "transfer."

In the case of a transfer, both the person being transferred (transferor) and the person receiving the transfer (transferee) must come to the store.

- ※At some branches, if your financial institution supports Pay-easy, you can bring your cash card and identification and have your account transfer processed on the same day without having to fill out an account transfer request form or obtain a financial institution seal.
To complete the procedure, the cash card holder must come to the branch in person and enter their PIN.
