Anti-spam measures (Y!mobile)

We offer a variety of measures to suit your usage. Please use them to protect yourself from spam.

Spam Filter

If you set up the use of filters, the contents of incoming emails will be automatically judged based on a spam database, and if they are determined to be spam, they will be rejected.

※After February 28, 2013, when you sign up for a contract, the system is set to use a spam filter. The system checks the spam database to determine whether your incoming emails are spam, and will not let you receive emails that are determined to be spam.

Specific email address reception/rejection of specific email addresses

This function allows you to only receive emails from designated domains or email addresses, or to reject emails from those addresses. You can set up to 20 designated recipients or 20 designated recipients for each.

Change email address

You can change your email address from your phone. It is generally said that changing your email address to one that combines letters and numbers or has a lot of characters makes it less likely that spam will be delivered.
