If you come to the store alone, we may call your family to confirm your identity.

You can change your phone model at Y! Y!mobile shops, dealers (such as electronics retailers), and our online store.

Important points to note when changing your device

  • Minors cannot apply through the online store.
  • When you apply, we will conduct a membership screening process in accordance with our company regulations.
    *If you have any outstanding payments, you will not be able to complete the procedure.
  • If you are using a replacement product while your product is being repaired, please apply after returning the replacement product.
  • Unless you are currently subscribed to the Mobile Basic Plan SS, your current plan will be carried over.
  • If you apply for the Breakdown Security Service, coverage is limited to the most recently contracted model.
