4. Data Acquisition

Ugokumade uses "Health" and "Motion and Fitness" provided by Apple Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Apple") in accordance with the default privacy policy.

4-1. "Healthcare" and "Motion and Fitness"

Until you move, we use Apple's "Health" and "Motion and Fitness" apps to count your steps.
The development and operation of this application will comply with the "Apple Developer Program License Agreement" and related guidelines established by Apple.

4-1-1. Protection of user privacy

We will not use user data obtained through "Health" and "Motion and Fitness" for purposes prohibited by the "Apple Developer Program License Agreement" and related guidelines (such as selling or using user data for advertising purposes).

4-1-2. Maintaining transparency

We will clearly explain to users what user data we collect in the Health and Motion and Fitness sections, why we collect it, and how we use it.

• [Data breakdown] Step count data
• [Reason for acquisition] We collect step count data in order to calculate the number of steps, walking distance, and calories burned, which are the most important indicators for preventing frailty.
• [How to use] This will be used to calculate walking distance and calories burned. The formula for the calculation can be found within the app.

4-1-3. Protection of user data

User data obtained through "Health" and "Motion and Fitness" will be processed securely in accordance with specified security rules.

4-1-4. Deleting user data

User data acquired from "Health" and "Motion and Fitness" is stored only on your iPhone. Therefore, by deleting this app, you can delete the user data acquired from "Health" and "Motion and Fitness".

4-1-5. Requesting appropriate permissions

We will not request any user data that is not necessary for the use of Ugokuma, nor any permissions necessary to obtain user data.

4-2. Purpose of Acquisition and Use of User Data by Information Collection Module

We collect and use user data through the following information collection modules:
An information collection module is a program provided by a third party that is independent of the app itself that analyzes app usage.
