Regarding the transfer of some contract management systems for Y!mobile communication services

In order to improve service and convenience for our customers, we have decided to migrate our contract management system for Y!mobile communications services on January 15, 2019.
For the main changes associated with the transition, please see below and the document that has been sent to affected customers (customers with former EMOBILE contracts) since October 2018.

Regarding the "Notice of Postponement of Migration Date to New System" sent in December 2018
The migration was completed on May 20, 2019. Please check the following for details of the migration.

Changes to login method and screen layout

Due to the system migration, there will be changes to the login method and screen layout for My Y!mobile.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are using My Y!mobile after the system migration, please log in using the telephone number (login ID) and initial password provided in the documents that have been provided to eligible customers since October 2018 and April 2019.
After logging in, please be sure to change your password from the initial one to a password of your choice.

Payment due date

The payment due date will be changed starting with the charges for May 2019 (June billing).

  • If you pay by credit card, the payment due date will be the date specified by the credit card company.
  • If you pay by direct debit, the payment due date will be the transfer date. If the payment due date is a bank holiday, it will be the next business day.
Claiming unpaid fees

Billing will be changed to monthly usage.

Unpaid usage fees will be billed together with the current month's usage fee. Unpaid usage fees will be charged separately from the current month's usage fee.
Customers who pay their service charges using an invoice with a payment slip

Please note that when you pay at a convenience store using the invoice with payment slip that we have sent you, you will be charged a collection fee according to the payment amount.

Starting with transactions in May 2019 (billing in June), the following changes will be made to your bankbook entries and credit card sales statements.

Customers withdrawing funds from Jibun Bank or The Norinchukin Bank

Due to the system transition, direct debit from Jibun Bank and Norinchukin Bank will no longer be available. Affected customers will receive a separate notice from us, so please take the time to change your payment method to a financial institution that allows direct debit.

Customers paying by credit card

Check and update information

If you have not updated your credit card information for a long time, you may not be able to withdraw your payment after the system migration. If this applies to you, we will send you a payment method change application form, so please update your credit card information.

About billing

Due to the system transition, the date of credit card use (handling) will change, so the billing from your credit card company may temporarily be the sum of two months or there may be a one-month gap between billings. Thank you for your understanding.

  • * Billing from our company will remain the same as before, and will be done every billing month.
  • * Credit card statements will show the amount charged for each billing month.
  • *This will not result in double charges.
Customers who are currently subscribed to the Ni-Nen Tokuwari and Tokuwari (monthly fee discount services)

For months in which there is no communication usage subject to charges and no other charges, no charges will be incurred, so you will not be able to inquire about your bill or issue an invoice through My Y!mobile.
(The same applies if you are subscribed to the invoice issuing service. In that case, there is no monthly fee for the invoice issuing service.)

A monthly fee for the statement service will be charged regardless of whether or not a statement is received.

Payment method change application forms that have the mark in the red frame in the image below printed on them will no longer be usable once they arrive at our company on October 31, 2018.
If you require a new payment method change application form, please contact Y!mobile Customer Center.
If the item arrives after November 1, 2018, we will contact you to inquire about resubmission.

Other application forms

For application forms that were submitted to Y!mobile Customer Center before May 19, 2019 and that include a return envelope addressed to Akasaka Post Office P.O. Box 63, please return them by June 30, 2019.
Please note that we may not be able to accept applications that arrive after July 1, 2019.

Time required to complete the procedure to change your account

Changes to direct debit applications made after November 2018 will be registered in order of date of system migration.
Please be patient while you register.

The characters you have registered

Due to the system transition, some kanji, numbers, and symbols in your name and address may be converted to katakana or symbols.

About corporate contracts

About using the Biz Concierge Site (for My Y!mobile customers)

For corporate contracts: After the system transition, you will no longer be able to view contract information or billing information on My Y!mobile. However, you will be able to view and check these information via the online service for administrators (Biz Concierge).
By registering on the dedicated website, you can not only check usage charges and manage your lines free of charge, but you can also use content for administrators, such as registering line users and managing groups.
