Prices shown include tax unless otherwise stated.
The amount may differ from the invoice amount due to the calculation of consumption tax.

This is a service that allows you to check your monthly call details (call duration, destination phone number, call charges, etc.), communications details (communication type, data volume, etc.), and content usage details.

  • If you apply, cancel or terminate your contract midway through the month, the monthly fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis.

How to apply

Please apply at the time of contract, at Y!mobile Customer Center, or at Y!mobile shop.

Notes

  • You can check the details of your usage from the month in which your application for this service was accepted.
  • If you have applied for the "Invoice Issuance Service", we will send you a detailed statement enclosed with your invoice.
  • Depending on the rate plan, the total of each line item may not match the actual billing amount shown in the subtotal and total.
  • Some calls will not show up on your statement.
    - Toll-free numbers, 110 (emergency calls), 119 (emergency calls to fire and ambulance services), and other free calls
    ・Some calls that do not incur calling charges, such as calls to Y!mobile customer center
  • Details can be viewed and downloaded via online support (My Y!mobile).
  • For months for which you have not applied for the usage statement service, we will send you a statement upon separate application. (You cannot check this on My Y!mobile.) In this case, you will be charged a statement issuing fee as well as postage (actual cost).
  • You will not be able to view your usage details in the following cases:
    ・ If no calls or communications are used. *Monthly fees will be charged even if a usage statement is not created.
    - When My Y!mobile is unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons.
