How to apply for data recovery support service

Y!mobile will send you an application form.

STEP3

Please pack the device to be recovered and the application form in a box or paper bag and send it to the specified address.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (sender).

After the device arrives, our staff will contact you at the contact number you specified to confirm the details of the data recovery.
Please decide whether recovery is necessary.

STEP5

The recovered data will be stored on a memory stick or similar device and sent to your specified address (within 14 days of receiving the device).
