The temperature of the mobile phone itself may rise if it is used near a fire, heating appliance, or in a place exposed to direct sunlight, or if it is used for an extended period of time while applications, making calls, using data communications, or watching videos.
Please note that direct and prolonged contact with a hot part may cause redness, itching, rashes, low-temperature burns, etc. depending on your constitution and physical condition.
If you apply excessive force to the mobile phone, such as pulling on the cord while it is charging, or if you drop it, or if you charge the phone when the charging terminal or external connection terminal is wet with water or other liquid, it may cause the phone to overheat or catch fire.
If the charging terminal is damaged or if you charge the device while it is wet, immediately stop charging and check for any abnormalities such as strange odors, heat, discoloration, deformation, etc. Please note that using the device in an abnormal state may cause a fire or electric shock.
If the battery pack is damaged (for example, because you sat down with the mobile phone in your trouser or skirt pocket, or because a pet bit into the battery pack), using the mobile phone while it is still in that state could result in leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.
If you notice anything different from usual, such as an unusual odor, heat, discoloration, or deformation, remove the battery pack (if your model has a removable battery pack) while taking care to avoid burns or injuries, and keep the device away from open flames.
