Delivery when you're not at home
We do not deliver to parcel boxes when you are not at home.
To request redelivery, please contact the contact information listed on the delivery slip.
Notes
- The item will be delivered to your contract address (the address listed on your identity document).
- It cannot be forwarded or picked up at a branch office.
- Delivery is limited to within Japan.
- We cannot deliver or forward your parcel to any address other than the address listed on your identification document, nor can we deliver to a parcel box.
