To use a product sold by Y!mobile with a SIM card from another company, you will need to unlock the SIM. The unlocking method varies depending on whether you have a communication contract with Y!mobile and where you purchased the product.
If you are switching between brands from Y!mobile to SoftBank or LINEMO, we will simultaneously carry out the SIM unlock procedure for the Y!mobile product you were using before the switch, so there is no need for you to request a SIM unlock procedure.

Customers who are currently using Y Y!mobile products purchased from a used model store or given to them by acquaintances or friends will be limited to two devices per person per day.
