When giving your child a cell phone, it is mandatory to subscribe to and complete the setup of a filtering service to protect them from harmful information and trouble *1.

You can restrict websites and applications that contain content that is inappropriate for minors in stages according to your child's age. You can also add management features that allow you to monitor your children from a distance.
This service uses the technology of Digital Arts Inc.'s filtering service "i-Filter®."
Content inappropriate for young people on both websites and applications is restricted in a step-by-step manner based on your child's age.

Detailed settings for viewing restrictions
In addition to simple settings such as elementary school, junior high school, and high school students, you can choose from 68 categories as "categories you are willing to show" and "categories you don't want to show."
It supports all communications methods available for smartphones (3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi), so you can use it freely without worrying about the communication method.
You can apply for Anshin Filter at Y!mobile shops and dealers, or through My Y!mobile *.
Applications made through Y!mobile dealers will only be accepted when applying for a new contract or a model change at the same time.
If you apply for "Anshin Filter," all devices other than those that are 5G-compatible will automatically be subscribed to "Web Usage Restrictions (Weak) Plus."
If the changes to the web filtering settings are not fully reflected and you are unable to access certain websites, please go to Y!mobile shop to have the "Web Usage Restriction (Weak) Plus" cancellation procedure carried out.

The Anshin Filter can only be disabled at Y!mobile stores.
To cancel, the contract holder (who is 18 years of age or older) must come to the store, or if the contract holder is under 18 years of age, a legal representative (such as a parent or guardian) must come to the store and submit a Legal Representative's Consent Form for Anshin Filter and a Cancellation Application Form.
