This is a warranty service for SIM-only subscribers that provides delivery replacement or reduced delivery repair costs in the event of an unexpected problem with your Android smartphone or tablet, including an iPad.

Service Details
In addition to delivery-to-exchange and delivery-to-repair services, Y!mobile 's original services are also available.
This applies to devices for which you have registered the IMEI (internal device identity number) in advance on a dedicated website.
Delivery replacement and repair service
In the event of a natural breakdown, damage to the exterior, or water damage, you can receive a repair service or exchange for an equivalent model via delivery (excluding theft and loss). (Twice a year)
Battery replacement service for devices with deteriorated batteries
If the battery deteriorates, and the device has been covered under the "Bring-in Device Warranty" for more than one year, it can be shipped to you for an equivalent model for exchange (once a year).
Data recovery support service
We support data recovery in the event of problems such as water damage, water exposure, or breakage.

<About delivery replacement and delivery repair services>
- *1 If the cost of the replacement device or repair exceeds the maximum warranty amount (100,000 yen), the excess amount will be borne by the customer.
- * In the case of delivery repairs, if the loaned device during the repair period is not returned within 14 days after the delivery of the repaired device, or if the returned device is damaged, we will charge you an additional penalty of 40,000 yen or 60,000 yen depending on the value of the loaned replacement device.
- * In the case of delivery exchange, if the defective device is not returned within 14 days after the delivery of the replacement device, a penalty of 40,000 yen will be charged. (Applicable from March 15, 2023)
<About the battery deterioration device replacement service>
- *1 If the cost of the replacement device exceeds the maximum warranty amount (100,000 yen), the excess amount will be borne by the customer.
- *Even if we determine after you apply for the service that the battery deterioration criteria are not met, you will still be charged 6,600 yen.
Application
- You can apply for this service when you sign up for a USIM card/eSIM only contract. If you are subscribed to "Breakdown Security Pack Lite" or "Bring-in Device Warranty with AppleCare Services," you can apply to change to this service at a shop or on My Y!mobile.
- After signing up for the carry-in device warranty, be sure to register the IMEI (internal equipment identity number) of the device covered by the warranty on the dedicated website within 14 days.

- * You cannot apply for the service at the same time as signing up via the PayPay mini app. Please apply via My Y!mobile after signing up. You can sign up for up to 14 days, including the day you start using the service.
How to use
To use the service, you must first register the IMEI (internal equipment identity number) of the applicable device on a dedicated website.
Steps for using the delivery exchange/delivery repair service
STEP 1Call the carry-in device warranty reception desk
We will check the details of your contract and ask you about your usage status.

STEP 2Return kit and replacement device or rental device arrive
If you choose delivery exchange, you will receive a replacement device, and if you choose repair, a loaned device (if requested) will arrive.
STEP 3Send us your faulty device
Please place the defective device in the return kit and send it back within 14 days of receiving the shipping kit.
STEP 4(In case of repair) The repaired device arrives
If you have used the loaned device during the repair period, please return the loaned device within 14 days.

- ・ The replacement device for delivery will be a refreshed device of the same model as the one you are using, however, we may suggest a different model depending on stock availability.

- ・We will assess the faulty device you send us and provide a replacement or repair service via delivery. Customers cannot specify whether they wish to have the device delivered for replacement or repair.
- ・ In the case of delivery repair, we will provide a rental device free of charge upon request. If you apply by 3:00 p.m., the device will be shipped on the same day, but the arrival date will vary depending on your region.
- ・ In the case of delivery exchange, even if the device before exchange is still within the manufacturer's warranty period (including the warranty at the time of purchase by mobile phone carriers, including our company. The same applies below), the warranty period will expire. The device after exchange will not have a manufacturer's warranty. Please use this service.

Please send your device with a depleted battery within 14 days of receiving the return kit.

- ・ A battery's charging capacity falls below a certain level, which means the battery is degraded. Standards vary by manufacturer and model, so please check with the dedicated support desk.
- - The method for checking battery deterioration in advance varies depending on the model, so please check and consult with the dedicated office.
- If the battery-depleted device you send us does not meet the criteria for deterioration, we will return the device as it is no longer covered by the warranty. You will be charged 6,600 yen for the return of the replacement device.
- ・ The replacement device will be a refreshed device of the same model as your current device, however, we may suggest a different model depending on stock availability.

Notes:
- You can change the device covered by this service while you are subscribed to this service. Please re-register the IMEI (internal equipment identification number) of the device you wish to change on the dedicated website.
- There is no shipping charge for the device when shipping to exchange, repair, or replacing a device with a depleted battery (this is included in the application fee).
- Please note that if you are currently subscribed to "Bring-in Device Warranty with AppleCare Services" or "Breakdown Security Pack Lite" and apply for this service, your current service will be automatically cancelled.
- In order to provide this service, we may provide your mobile phone's IMEI information to overseas parties and third parties.
- When providing a replacement device, we will provide a refurbished device (a device that has been collected due to initial defects, repaired, quality checked, and then initialized).
- If you have any questions about the device you wish to replace, please contact the warranty reception desk for your device. If the device is not sold by Y!mobile, we cannot handle it at Y!mobile shops or Y!mobile Customer Center.
