This is a service for SIM-only subscribers that allows you to receive discounts on repair costs or exchanges if your iPhone experiences unexpected trouble.
You can receive additional services such as priority access to Apple Support and Express Replacement.

  • You can apply for this service when signing up for a USIM card/eSIM only contract. If you are currently subscribed to "Breakdown Security Pack Lite" or "Bring-in Device Warranty", you can apply to change to this service.
  • * Customers who purchase through the online store can apply up to 14 days after the date of service start or 10 days after the contract date, whichever comes first. For more information, please click here.
  • * You cannot apply for the service at the same time as signing up via the PayPay mini app. Please apply via My Y!mobile after signing up. You can sign up for up to 14 days, including the day you start using the service.
  • * We are currently suspending the acceptance of orders via the online store and My Y!mobile. If you have signed up for a SIM/eSIM through the online store or PayPay Mini App, you cannot subscribe to the Bring-Your-Own Device Warranty with AppleCare Services. Please apply at the store when signing up for the SIM/eSIM.

  • This applies to USIM card/eSIM only contracts.
  • Corporate contracts are not eligible for this offer.
  • If you want to change iPhone you use, you can change iPhone you register while subscribing to this service.
    Please complete the procedure at the shop.(※Currently, we are not accepting changes via My Y!mobile.)
    If you have your faulty phone replaced by Apple, the IMEI at the time of application will be displayed on My Y!mobile even after the replacement, but you will not need to change your registered model.
    (The replaced iPhone will automatically be covered by the warranty. You can check the warranty status on the Apple website.)
  • Devices sold in second-hand markets may not be covered by Apple's warranty. Because the application review process takes time, your application may be canceled after you have received a notification of application completion.
  • If your iPhone is designated as a "vintage product" or "obsolete product" by Apple, you may not be able to receive repair service. In such cases, we will contact you individually.
    *For more information about vintage and obsolete products, please visit the Apple website.
  • Please note that if you are currently subscribed to "Bring-in Device Warranty" or "Breakdown Security Pack Lite" and apply for this service, your current service will be automatically cancelled at the time of application.(※Applications are currently not being accepted through My Y!mobile.)
