If the contract holder's name (company name) changes, name change procedures can be completed at your nearest Y!mobile shop or by filling out an application form.

The contract holder should request an application form from Y!mobile Customer Center.
Please fill in the necessary information on the application form, stamp it, and return it in the return envelope along with the following confirmation documents.
Please note that procedures will begin once the documents arrive at Y!mobile Customer Center.
Customers using Pocket WiFi® Plan S/SS/L, Pocket WiFi® Plan, Pocket WiFi® Plan+, and EMOBILE 4G services cannot change (transfer) their contract holder to another person. (Except in the case of succession) Changing from a personal contract to a corporate contract is not possible.
