While your line is suspended, you will not be able to use services such as calls, emails, and the web.
Please note that basic charges and monthly fees for various services will continue to accrue even while your line is suspended.

If you wish to use Secure Remote Lock, which allows you to remotely lock your mobile phone and protect it from unauthorized use or information leaks if it is lost or left behind, please do so before suspending your line.
You will not be able to use Secure Remote Lock while your line is suspended.
Please prepare your contract phone number and PIN (4 digits) for the procedure.
You can use some menus without having to enter your PIN.
